Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via PostNL & UPS:

1. Standard Shipping: your package is not insured and shipped without a tracking number. PostNL offers delivery confirmation number not tracking numbers. While the number can give a general idea of where your package may be it does not always reflect its status.
2. Registered Shipping: your package is insured and shipped with a tracking number.

Shipping Method "Standard" is only available if the ordered products can be packed together and the packaging conforms to the dimensions of a package that fits through the letterbox.

1. Delivery times relate to the number of working days after the dispatch confirmation is released and provide a delivery estimation.
2. The majority of our products are made to order and have a lead time. Your order will be dispatched after completion. For more info check section Ordering, option Lead Time.
3. Should you not receive your order within 15 working days after dispatch confirmation, please contact our Customer Service.
4. House of Nature is not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages.
5. International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment.
6. If you want a tracking ID it will need to have registered shipping.

PostNL or UPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. If your shipment is sent without registered shipping:

1. House of Nature is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without registered shipping are on the responsibility of the buyer.
2. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without registered shipping.

1. All prices include 21% VAT (Dutch).
2. If your package is shipped inside the European Union you are not subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
3. If your package is shipped outside the European Union you may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
